Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept payment from all major credit
cards. All credit card orders are processed using a secure
online service called PayPal. PayPal is the world's largest online payment service. You do not have to pay any user
fee to send payment. We
also accept personal checks, cashier checks and money orders. Do you ship to customers outside
USA & Canada?
While we welcome orders from international customers, we may not be aware
of the regulations that pertain to the importation of seeds to your country. Such regulations, if any, may vary by location
and may change without our knowledge. If you are uncertain regarding import regulations to your destination, we urge to check
with your local agricultural authority before placing an order. Our refund policy does not apply to orders that may be confiscated
by an importing authority.
Do you require a minimum order amount?
We process all orders regardless of the amount or destination, however for small orders (less than $5.00)
there is an additional $2.00 handling fee to help cover our packaging and shipping costs, which often cost
us more than we charge our customers. For orders of $5.00 or more this fee is not charged.
Are
there any other fees other than the listed price and shipping?
Other than the extra
$2.00 to process small orders (see above), we have no additional transaction or handling fees. We do not profit
from over charging for shipping - in fact, our shipping expenses are often higher than we charge our customers.
Is
it safe and secure to order from your online
store?
Yes, when you provide us with any personal information - your name, address, e-mail or credit card number
- it is done on a secure server. We use PayPal for all our credit card transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential
information in transit from your computer and your information will reside on a server that is heavily guarded both physically
and electronically.
How do I know if I was successful in submitting
my order?
After you complete your order, and the order is successfully submitted, you will
see a "Thank You" screen showing your order number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order which
will include your order number as well as a list of items contained in your order. If you are ever in doubt, please contact
us.
Do you guarantee safe delivery of my order?
Yes, all our shipments are insured and we will provide a full refund or replace any item that is lost
or damaged. All orders are shipped in padded packaging to ensure safe delivery to your location.
How
long will it take my order to arrive?
We mail all orders out within 1-2 business days after
payment - most often the following day after payment. Orders placed on Friday or on a weekend are not shipped until Monday
or next business day in the event of a postal holiday. Normally, your order will arrive in about 7-10 business days. Arrival
time for orders placed outside North America will vary but generally arrive in 2-4 weeks. Please allow a reasonable time for
orders to reach you. If you feel your order has been unduly delayed, please contact us.
Do
you use my personal information for anything other than completing my order?
We do not share
or forward information about you to other sites nor do we give access to marketing sites to gather information about you while
you shop at our site. Under no circumstances do we release any email addresses to other companies or organizations.
If seeds
are left in a mailbox will freezing temperatures harm the seed?
As long as the seed (and
package) was not wet, the seed could withstand freezing temperatures for several days with no effect. Most seed would have
to be moist in order to be harmed by low temperatures.
Do you sell heirloom seed?
We do have many heirloom varieties, and are listed as such in our item descriptions.
Do
you have a catalog?
We do not have a paper catalog at this time; however, feel free to print
our seed index or any of our pages from our online store. .
Do you sell bulk or at wholesale prices?
We
do provide larger packets at discounted prices for most of our seed varieties.
