PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICIES: Shipping Fees: Unless otherwise stated in the item description, we only charge a flat rate of $2.95 per total seed order to anywhere in the United States and Canada.  Our international rate is $4.95. For small orders (less than $5.00) there is an additional $2.00 handling fee to help cover our packaging and shipping cost, which often cost us more than we charge our customers.  For orders of $5.00 or more this fee is not charged. Additional charges may apply for non-seed items. Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards and mailed money orders. Credit card orders are processed through a secure online payment service called PayPal. Delivery Standards: Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days. During certain times of the year there may be some delay due to slower postal service or postal holidays. Arrival time for orders placed outside North America will vary but generally arrive in 2-4 weeks. Please allow a reasonable time for orders to reach you. If you feel your order has been unduly delayed, please contact us. Seed Orders for International Customers: While we welcome orders from international customers, we may not be aware of the regulations that pertain to the importation of seeds to your country. Such regulations, if any, may vary by location and may change without our knowledge. If you are uncertain regarding import regulations to your destination, we urge to check with your local agricultural authority before placing an order. Our refund policy does not apply to orders that may be confiscated by an importing authority. Customer Service Policy We take pride in providing great customer service.
